Meet Deborah Chezem

Born Deborah Kaye Chezem  in a small town Paragould Ak.

Deborah has worked since she was 16 years old. She worked mainly in the restaurant Business from 1964 to 1985 where she started out as a waitress & worked her way up to management. From there she changed careers to manufacturing from 1985 to 2002 where she worked as a laborer and was promoted to Quality Control Inspector. And then was promoted to Production Control Manager. She then moved to South Carolina where she was employed with Charleston County Parks & recreation Division. (2003 to 2014). In the Building Maintenance Division.
Today, Deborah is now retired and on disability due to a Neck Fusion Surgery I had back in June of 2013.

 

“Every single job I have had I always strive to succeed. It’s the way I am built. I do not know how to accept failure. ( it’s really a dirty word to me).
My ‘Why’ : The answer to that is, that I have an expectation or obligation to help others achieve there dreams. Due to the fact that I understand what it’s like to work your whole life and never seem to get even close to the dreams you had when you were younger.

And if there is even one thing that I can accomplish in this life, it would be to engage the younger generation to take the appropriate steps to succeeding in life. To not settle for second best. Not let fear be what drives you, be a risk taker. One of my favorite sayings is : Tis better to have tried and failed, than never have tried at all.” – Deborah Chezem

 
Great success in life is when you set yourself aside and focus on others needs. It is something that has been Deborah’s driving force. And is “Why” she is involved with Ingreso Cybernetico.
 
“They are aligned with the vision I have for myself and how I see the world coming together as one. Everyone helping each other be more than they ever thought they could be. Awakening the true self in side of us all”, says Deborah.
 
Education is very important in empowering ones self. Ingreso Cybernetico takes every step to ensure that not only do you have all the things that is needed to run a business, but they also ensure you are well educated. Which is a major Key to success. They say ignorance is bliss. I disagree. Education is the way to true bliss.
